Adds a world editing interface for use by Crypt Masters, Actors, and Builders in Crypts and Creepers.
Current features:
- Adds "CryptMaster Mode" to spectators, toggleable by default with R
- Provides an extendable selection of utility tools (Spawn and Kill mob are built in, extendable by third party mods)
