Crying Obsidian

Crying Obsidian was intended to be a block that can change your spawn point, but it was never added to the game. This mod implements this block and adds an item version of it.

  • Note: Minecraft Forge 14.21.1.2387 or higher is required.
  • Updated to Minecraft 1.12 / 1.12.1 / 1.12.2.
  • Added a new config option: Enable Advanced Crying Obsidian entity re-spawning. If it is disabled, you can no longer bind entities to an Advanced Crying Obsidian Block.
  • Added a Config GUI: you can now change the config options in-game.
  • Improved the Advanced Crying Obsidian Block tooltip.
  • Removed the config option that disabled the Advanced Crying Obsidian Block recipe.
  • Fixed an issue where the Advanced Crying Obsidian Block would respawn entities even after the block was broken. This could be fixed before my restarting Minecraft.
  • Some internal improvements.
