What's new
Fixes the crosshair not bobbing (while the attack indicator did) when DynamicCrosshair is used inside large modpacks. Crosshair bobbing is now driven by transforming the whole minecraft:crosshair GUI layer pose instead of taking DynamicCrosshair's crosshair draw over. Optional ShoulderSurfing compatibility and opt-in diagnostics (-Dxbob.debug=true) are included.
