-Added teleportBolt: You can fire this bolt from an iron or diamond crossbow and it will act like an enderpearl
-Added spectralBolt: You can fire this bolt from an iron or diamond crossbow and it will act like the spectral arrow
-Added Strong Binding for each material: This is used in crafting Strong Crossbows
-Added Light Binding for each material: This is used in crafting Lightweight Crossbows
-Added Strong Crossbows for each material: These will slightly increase damage and increase the firing range.
-Added Lightweight Crossbows for each material: These will slightly increase durability and decrease the drawback time.
-Fixed crossbows not being able to be enchanted
-Removed the ability for crossbows to stack
-Made balance tweaks to crossbows
