Crossbow Expansion adds new Crossbows and Enchantments with unique mechanics while trying to be as vanilla-friendly as possible.
Current Features (Version 1.2.0)
Disc Crossbow
-Found in Dungeons
-Uses music discs as ammunition
-Discs bounce between enemies, piercing increases times the disc can bounce
-Discs drop after final hit
-Normal draw time, medium damage
Replay Enchantment
-Exclusive enchantment for disc crossbow
-Makes shot discs return to player after final hit instead of dropping
-Same cost and rarity as infinity
Warden Crossbow
-Found in ancient city
-Uses echo shards as ammunition
-Shoots a sonic boom like the warden
-Long draw time, high damage
Rage Crossbow
-Bought from master fletcher villager
-Shooting it gives stacks, stacks reduce draw time
-Long draw time at the start, at 5 stacks faster than vanilla crossbow
Hand Crossbow
-Sold by wandering trader
-Can't be loaded manually, will load itself when in hand of offhand
-Slow arrows, so short range but fast
-Can be dual wielded for maximum effect
Cluster Crossbow
-Bought from master fletcher villager
-Shoots 3 Arrows in tight pattern, multi shot increases this to 9
-Slightly longer draw time and slow arrows
Pouch Crossbow
-Found in trail ruins
-Can load and shoot throwable objects like ender pearls, snowballs, potions (splash & lingering), xp bottles and eggs
-Normal draw speed and projectile speed
-Piercing enchant is now disabled on this crossbow
This mod is my first mod so there may be bugs
