Added deeper Just Dire Things integration and improved recipe design logic.

Recipes are no longer balanced only by adding random expensive ingredients. Cross-mod recipes now follow a more thematic structure, where each ingredient represents a real part of the crafted item, such as structure, energy, control, storage, magic stabilization, automation, or tool functionality.

Just Dire Things is now connected to Mekanism, Powah, Create, AE2, Refined Storage, Allthemodium, Silent Gear, Modular Routers, Pipez, Ars Nouveau, and Occultism where appropriate.

This update aims to make progression harder while keeping recipes logical, immersive, and easier to understand.
