Croptopia

Big rewrite

Croptopia takes advantage of a lot of datagen now. As a result lots of fields have been removed/changed and a 2.0.0 was needed. (big thanks to ayutac for spending a bunch of time working on this)

Moved a ton of code into a common module to help better keep forge/fabric parity.

Removed seeds from the croptopia.conf config. This is now handled with datapacks

To add biomes that croptopia crops can spawn, datapack editing will be required. data/croptopia/tags/worldgen/has_crop/artichoke.json

Crop spawning is no longer dependent on biome categories.

Changed a placement modifier for trees so we can change the rarity of them more easily in the future.

Added new foods and recipes.

Added A dead bush crafting recipe (Ayutac)

Many more tags were added to croptopia with pluralization. In addition to help with forge parity, forge style tags are implemented as well.

Tortilla recipe advancement has been fixed

Fixed some issues with drinking items giving glass bottles back

fixed the rhubarb recipes.

fired the after block break event when right click harvesting crops, also it will now give the player the appropriate stat.
