Fixed 5 bugs

• When querying the mapping table by source field, if the source field and target field values overlapped, an unintended target field could be returned, causing abnormal drops for some crops.

• Entities walking on lava-soaked farmland did not take damage even when the entity hurt on lava farmland option in the config file was true.

• Entities walking on lava-soaked farmland were not set on fire even when the entity burn time on lava farmland option in the config file was a positive number.

• The sound of tilling mod farmland was not affected by the "Blocks" volume setting.

• Mapping tables from some addon mods sometimes could not be added correctly.
