Changes

• Redesigned the operation interface for the Reactor Core and Reinforced Reactor Core.
• The pedestal range of the Reactor Core and Reinforced Reactor Core is now displayed as an energy bar in their operation interface.
• The default vertical effectiveness multiplier for the Reactor Core has been changed from 1 to 2.
• Removed some deprecated legacy texture files.

Fixes

• The Reinforced Reactor Core displayed the active texture even when inactive.
• Glowstone Seeds could not be crafted.
• [Fabric] The Reinforced Reactor Core could not be activated even when placed on a suitable pedestal.
• [Fabric] The Reactor Core could be activated, but no activation layers were displayed in the interface.
• [Fabric] Regardless of the pedestal tier, the horizontal effective range of the Reactor Core and Reinforced Reactor Core was always fixed to the range of a tier 4 pedestal.
