Creeptonite

Creeptonite is a vanilla-friendly Fabric mod focused on protecting players from Creepers using natural resources and simple utility items. The mod introduces Catberries, a new naturally growing plant that can be harvested and used to craft Creeptonite items.

Features

• Catberry Bushes – Naturally generate in suitable overworld biomes and grow through several stages before producing berries.
• Catberries – Can be harvested from mature bushes and used as a core resource for the mod.
• Creeptonite Lamp – Creates a protective area that Creepers actively avoid.
• Creeptonite Totem – Provides mobile protection while held, causing nearby Creepers to flee from the player.
• Vanilla-style Creeper behavior – Creepers naturally flee from Creeptonite sources using Minecraft's AI navigation.
• Designed to fit naturally into vanilla Minecraft without drastically changing progression or gameplay.

This is the first public release, so balancing, generation rates and Creeper behavior may be adjusted in future updates. Feedback and bug reports are welcome.
