Adds support to remove ads from HammerCore, doesn't require HammerCore to be installed.

 

Uses CGLib to replace the default handler from HammerCore with an interceptor so GuiMainMenu draw calls aren't sent to the real handler.

 

Tested on 1.11, and 1.12, however the code is generic enough that it should work on 1.10 as well.
