Version 1.0.5 Changelog

  • Added a doghouse selection menu. Right-click a doghouse to choose which of your nearby tamed puppies is assigned to it.

  • Changed the assignment message to “doghouse assigned to puppy.”

  • Added custom puppy names of up to 32 characters. Sneak + right-click your puppy with an empty hand to open the naming menu.

  • Added the option to name a puppy while assigning its doghouse.

  • Custom names appear above puppies and in the whistle and doghouse selection menus.

  • Added saved doghouse assignments. Each house accommodates one assigned puppy; moving a puppy to another house frees its previous house.

  • Breaking a doghouse clears its assignment.

  • Added migration of existing saved homes and ownership checks for naming and assignments.

  • Canceling a menu leaves names and assignments unchanged.

Requirements: Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.4.10 or newer within the 47.x series, and Java 17.

Replace the previous Creeper Puppy JAR. Multiplayer clients and servers must use matching version 1.0.5 builds.

This mod has no additional files
