🌊 Minipad Water Recovery Fix

  • 🌊 Minipads spawned underwater now rise to their correct water-surface height instead of staying too low.
  • 🪷 The flower/lilypad portion now settles above the water while the body remains partially submerged.
  • ✨ Preserves the calm floating behavior when Minipads enter water normally from land.
  • 🧹 Refactored Minipad floating helpers for clearer submerged-water and surface-water handling.

📦 Version

  • Bumped the Fabric port jar version to 1.0.4.
  • Minecraft compatibility remains declared for the 26.1.x line.

🧪 Tested

  • ✅ ./gradlew clean build
  • ✅ Copied the 1.0.4 jar into the TESTFABRIC instance.
  • ✅ In-game validation: Minipads recover from underwater spawns and float correctly at the surface.
