Easy spawn eggs in survival

A simple mod for getting spawn eggs and spawners in survival.
Adds a new enchantment, Extracting, that gives a 2% chance per level when killing an enemy to drop a spawn egg of that type.
Also adds a crafting recipe to spawners, as well as makes them removable with Silk Touch.
