Fixed vulnerabilities created by having mods that create dimensions such as the Dimensional Pocket, where players could use such items in the Creative Dimension to escape with creative mode still enabled.  Players with an elevated permission level can enter and exit as they please while others who don't will always have their gamemode reverted to the default when leaving the dimension.
