Added the resin clump and bone meal because it makes sense, coral is nicely aligned below that

Aligned and matched items based on shapes, colors and origin/theme.

Spawn eggs sorted by theme/origin with neighbouring eggs. Farm animals, Aquatics next to semi aquatics, villagers and illagers counterparts next to each other (see next screenshot)

Aligned the raw and cooked meats, the fruits and veggies too. Removed the golden dandelion (in tools now next to leads, saddles and name tags)

Brewing stand ingredients and dyes, replaced the golden dandelion (now in tools) with the brown mushroom (fermented spider eye ingredient)

Combat tab sorted, with added items from PvP : Gapple, lava bucket, Epearls, etc.

Ender dragon and wither eggs added, mob pairs put next to each other, nether creatures on one side, zombies and skeletons on the other.
