CreateTweaker: NeoForge Port
Unofficial NeoForge port of CreateTweaker, originally by Jaredlll08. This community-maintained project is not affiliated with or endorsed by the upstream author. It preserves the upstream MIT license and attribution.
Bring CraftTweaker recipe scripting to Create 6 on Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge. Add, remove and adjust machine recipes, build sequenced-assembly progression, and customize deployer behavior for your modpack.
Maintained by DeadpoolTVHI. This is a beta release; include the exact mod versions, script and log when reporting an issue through the project's available feedback channel.
Required versions
- Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.1
- NeoForge 21.1.219 or newer
- Create 6.0.10 for Minecraft 1.21.1 (the current build pins Create artifact
6.0.10-280) - CraftTweaker 21.0.38
The mod metadata accepts Create versions from 6.0.10 up to, but not including, 6.1.0, and CraftTweaker versions from 21.0.38 up to, but not including, 22. The current build is pinned to the versions listed above.
Install
- Create a Minecraft 1.21.1 profile that uses NeoForge 21.1.219 or newer.
- Install the required Create and CraftTweaker versions listed above.
- Add this NeoForge port's jar to the profile's
modsfolder. - Launch the game and check the log for missing or incompatible dependencies before loading a world.
The original CreateTweaker files target Minecraft 1.20.1 and are not interchangeable with this port.
Modpacks
Add this project and its required dependencies to the pack using the 1.21.1 NeoForge files. Keep the included MIT license and upstream attribution with redistributed copies. Test the pack on both its intended client and server setup before sharing it.
Beta status
The pinned version set above passed a development-client startup and four required server GameTests in two separate runs, including actual mechanical recipe dump recompilation. The checks cover representative recipes, fluids, heat, chance outputs, sequenced assembly and dynamic deployer callbacks with network serialization. The source archive includes examples and the validation report.
Larger modpack combinations and prolonged gameplay remain untested. Dynamic deployer callbacks execute on the server; client recipe viewers display their configured base outputs. If an older script explicitly types a builder as ProcessingRecipeBuilder<RecipeType>, use ProcessingRecipeBuilder instead. Keep this release marked Beta.
