### Fixed
- C4's now replace pathblocks with dirt and become waterlogged in water, working underwater.
- Cruise missiles now waterlog when placed in water and can not be ignited while in water. Upon hitting water, they stop their engine.
- Explosions no longer leave air pockets in water or destroy it in odd ways.
