Fixed track linking still clearing destination portal blocks (no longer runs clearing network refresh inside findExit).
Force-fills destination portal blocks when missing, so links work after force-load / cross-dimension.If the exit cell is blocked, tries the opposite side of the portal.
Void chests / tanks / batteries no longer show “linked N inputs/outputs”; only the channel role line remains (matches unpaired channel access).
