Storage machines (chest / tank / battery)

• No longer require a paired partner to operate; local conditions are enough to access the frequency channel.
• Transfers are blocked when operating conditions fail (live canOperate checks for pipes and GUI).
• Void chests can no longer mount as contraption item storage (placed block + stress/fluid required).
• Solo batteries: with local transfer fluid and no opposite partner, use efficient lossless mode and consume fluid.
• GUI shows a channel-offline message when conditions drop while open.
• Empty frequencies still share one channel (intended).

Other

• Goggle tooltips no longer treat “not linked” as an error for storage.
