Just upside-down rotational speed controller
Adds an upside-down variant of Create's Speed Controller, designed for ceiling-mounted builds.
The Upside Down Speed Controller keeps the functionality of the original Create Speed Controller while providing an alternative orientation for builds where a standard Speed Controller cannot be conveniently placed.
