Transferables

I basically made this mod because I got tired of setting up insanely complicated logistics just to get power or lava across dimensions. Transferables does exactly what it sounds like: it lets you transfer stuff directly through portals.

Right now, it handles two main things: Fluids and Rotational Power Using Pump and Shaft (perfect if you're using Create).

What it actually does:

• Rotational Power through Portals: Got a massive SteamEngine setup in the Overworld but need that rotational force for a factory in the Nether? Just run a shaft right into the portal. The energy transfers to the linked portal on the other side.
• Fluid Bridging: Same deal for liquids. Run a fluid pipe into the portal surface, and your water, lava, or custom fluids will flow right out the corresponding portal in the other dimension.
