Medium Update!

-Fix the Diggings Enchantment issues (Breaking any block at y-1 if the player is watching the west)

-Fix the Spawner moving by the Block Picker and Magnet Module

-Change the Diggings Enchantment breaking direction (depending to block face instead of player orientation)

-Change the Jetpack maximum height fly (Brass and Andesite statistics were switched)

-Change the Drone behavior (It always follows you when you have a Drone Controller in your inventory)

-Change the Engine recipes (Simplest recipes for the Hydraulic Engine and decrease the random salvage percentage)
