Features

• Shimmer tools now gain significant bonuses when wielder has Shimmer effect:
  • Attack damage increases by +3 for Sword/Pickaxe/Shovel, +2 for Axe
  • Mining speed increases 4x (from wooden to diamond tier)
• Added proper tags for all Shimmer tools for better mod compatibility

Balance

• Reworked Shimmer tool progression system:
  • Base stats now equivalent to wooden tools (was iron-tier)
  • Mining level set to diamond-tier permanently
  • Power scales with Shimmer effect rather than base stats
• Removed +3 attack damage from Shimmer effect itself (moved to tool synergy)
• Tool attribute display now remains consistent regardless of actual damage values

Fixes

• Fixed Shimmer tool damage calculations not working correctly with Shimmer effect
• Fixed mining speed not properly scaling with Shimmer effect
• Corrected Shimmer Axe damage from 6 to 7 base damage

Technical

• Refactored Shimmer tool damage system to use event handlers
• Improved code structure for dynamic attribute modifications
• Updated all Shimmer tool tooltips to reflect synergy mechanics

Localization

• Updated English and Chinese tooltips for all Shimmer items
• Added descriptions for Shimmer tool synergy effects
