Known issue in this version
I’m not sure why, but there seems to be an issue with the small water wheel. When I tested it in one location, the water wheel did not provide its bonus, but when I tested it in another location, it seemed to work correctly, which is very strange. This issue does not seem to occur with the large water wheel.
