Create: Rainbow Compound

 - Fixed numerous data pack bugs and optimized the data pack structure.
 - Fixed a bug where the effect updated too slowly when the Shadow Ring and Radiance Ring were removed.
 - Fixed a bug where Obsidianite tools added via linking could not properly protect against fire-destroying effects.
 - The recipe structure has been optimized, and the previously incorrect Zinc Handle alternative has been changed to the correct zinc_rod-like item.
 - Adjusted the attributes of the Tetra linkage. Enhanced the attributes of Netherstar Ingot as a socket slot and ensured that the attack power bonus is implemented correctly.
 - Adjusted Dynamic Elytra items so that all elytras added in this mod will not lose durability upon use, and slightly increased the speed of Rainbow Elytra as compensation.
 - The recipe for Overcharged Alloy (linked item) has been adjusted, and a version that requires very little power but consumes Rainbow Compound has been added.
 - Added armor attribute implementation for Elytra in the curios slot. (Versions 1.20.1 & 1.21.1 only)
 - Added a mod link to Kaleidoscope Cookery, which includes several corresponding kitchen utensils. (Versions 1.20.1 & 1.21.1 only)
 - From the current version onwards, version 1.18.2 will no longer be maintained, and version 1.19.2 will not add any new items.
