You may:
- use the official mod in personal worlds, servers, and modpacks;
- include official, unmodified copies in modpacks (editing config files is allowed);
- view, study, and reference the source code;
- make private modifications for personal use;
- create addons that require Create Radar as a hard dependency;
- create optional mods that have compatibility/support for the official mod.

You may not:
- reupload or redistribute Create Radar except as allowed by the license;
- publish modified builds, forks, ports, backports, forward-ports, or unofficial continuations without permission;
- represent unofficial projects as official or endorsed.

This software, including its source code, compiled files, assets, models,
textures, sounds, documentation, and other associated files, is protected by
copyright. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted below.

1. Definitions

"Software" means this mod and all files distributed with it, including source
code, compiled code, assets, models, textures, sounds, documentation, and other
associated materials.

"Official Version" means a version of the Software published by the copyright
holder or by a person or organization explicitly authorized by the copyright
holder.

"Addon" means a separate mod, plugin, datapack, integration, or other software
project that adds features, compatibility, content, or behavior for use with the
Software, without including, redistributing, replacing, or modifying the Software
itself.

"Hard Dependency" means that the Addon requires the Software to be installed in
order to load, run, or provide its primary functionality.

"Support Mod" means a separate mod, plugin, datapack, integration, or other
software project that optionally supports or detects the Software, but does not
require the Software to be installed"

"Port" means any distributed version, fork, adaptation, update, or modified build
of the Software itself that targets a different Minecraft version, mod loader,
modding platform, required dependency version, or substantially different runtime
environment than an Official Version.

2. Permission to Use

You may download, install, and use official copies of the Software for personal,
server, and modpack use, subject to the terms of this license.

3. Permission to View, Study, and Privately Modify

You may view, study, and reference the source code and other files of the
Software for personal education, debugging, review, compatibility research, and
contribution purposes.

You may make private modifications to the Software for personal use, provided
that those modified versions are not published, distributed, shared, uploaded, or
otherwise made available to others except as expressly permitted by this license.

4. Addons Are Allowed

You may create, publish, and distribute Addons for the Software, provided that:

a. the Addon includes the Software as a Hard Dependency;
b. the Addon does not include, redistribute, replace, or modify the Software or
any substantial portion of the Software;
c. the Addon does not copy protected source code, compiled code, assets, models,
textures, sounds, branding, or documentation from the Software, except where
separately permitted;
d. the Addon does not claim to be an official version of the Software unless
explicitly authorized;
e. the Addon does not use confusingly similar names, branding, logos, or project
descriptions that could cause users to believe it is official or endorsed
when it is not.

For clarity, Addons are expressly allowed under this license. An Addon may depend
on, interact with, extend, integrate with, or add functionality to the Software,
as long as it remains a separate project and requires an Official Version of the
Software to be installed.

For further clarity, Addons may interact with the Software at runtime, including
through public APIs, events, registries, tags, datapacks, reflection, mixins,
access transformers, or other compatibility mechanisms, provided that the Addon
does not include, redistribute, replace, or distribute a modified copy of the
Software or any substantial portion of it.

5. Optional Support Mods

A Support Mod that merely detects, supports, integrates with, or provides
optional compatibility for the Software does not need to treat the Software as a
Hard Dependency, provided that it does not include, redistribute, replace, or
modify the Software or any substantial portion of the Software.

For clarity, mods that simply support this mod optionally are allowed and are not
required to include this mod as a hard dependency.

A Support Mod may detect, reference, or interact with the Software at runtime for
optional compatibility, provided that it remains functional without the Software
installed and does not include, redistribute, replace, or distribute a modified
copy of the Software or any substantial portion of it.

6. Unauthorized Ports Are Prohibited

You may not publish, distribute, sublicense, upload, or otherwise make available
any Port of the Software without prior written permission from the copyright
holder.

This includes, but is not limited to:

a. ports to different Minecraft versions;
b. ports to different mod loaders, including but not limited to Forge, NeoForge,
Fabric, Quilt, or other loaders;
c. ports to different required versions of dependency mods or libraries;
d. forks or modified builds that are distributed as replacements for the
Software;
e. reuploads that change only minor details, names, metadata, packaging, or
compatibility information;
f. unofficial continuation, backport, forward-port, or maintenance versions.

Private modification for personal use remains allowed as described in Section 3.

7. Redistribution and Modpacks

You may not redistribute the Software, modified or unmodified, except as
expressly permitted by this license or by prior written permission from the
copyright holder.

You may include official, unmodified copies of the Software in modpacks,
including public and private modpacks, provided that:

a. the modpack does not modify the Software itself, including its source code,
compiled files, assets, models, textures, sounds, or packaged metadata;
b. the modpack does not represent itself as an official version of the Software;
c. the modpack does not imply endorsement by the copyright holder unless
explicitly authorized;
d. the modpack credits the Software by name and links to an official distribution
source where reasonably practical.

You may not include modified, forked, reuploaded, or unofficial ported versions
of the Software in modpacks without prior written permission from the copyright
holder.

For clarity, modpacks may include, generate, or modify external configuration
files, server configuration files, datapacks, scripts, kubejs/crafttweaker files,
or other modpack-specific files that configure or interact with the Software,
provided that they do not modify, replace, or redistribute a modified copy of the
Software itself.

8. No False Affiliation

You may not represent an Addon, Support Mod, fork, port, reupload, or other
project as official, endorsed, approved, or maintained by the copyright holder
unless you have prior written permission.

9. Contributions

By submitting a contribution, you retain your copyright but grant the project maintainers
permission to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense that contribution as part of the Software.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, contributions may be included in the
Software under this license or any future license chosen by the copyright
holder.

10: Contact

Permission requests, including porting requests, must be made through the official project
repository, issue tracker, Discord server, or another official contact method designated
by the project maintainers.

11. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by the copyright
holder.

12. Termination

If you violate any term of this license, the permissions granted to you under
this license terminate automatically.

Upon termination, you must stop using, copying, modifying, publishing,
distributing, sublicensing, or otherwise making available the Software in any
way not independently permitted by law or separately authorized in writing by
the copyright holder.

Termination does not affect any rights or remedies available to the copyright
holder under copyright law, contract law, or other applicable law.

The copyright holder may reinstate permissions under this license by providing
written permission. Reinstatement is not automatic unless expressly stated in

If the violation is curable, the copyright holder may, but is not required to,
provide notice and an opportunity to cure the violation.
