Mod added.

Allows to override a result of succeeding a Create contraption (for example the probability of crushing a blackstone giving a wither skeleton skull).

Usage : add a line in the config/createprobabilitytweaker-server.toml under the [custom] tag in the overrides array.

Format: recipeId|itemId|chance
Example : create_ultimate_factory:crushing_blackstone|minecraft:wither_skeleton_skull|0.01
