Create: PowerGrid batteries

This mod adds four new batteries for the Create: power Grid in order to add more possibilities.

If Neoforge startup crashes, just load again. It is a registry timing issue.

PowerGrid author will eventually upgrade batteries in future and maybe this add-on will become obsolete.
For the time being I think this is a good enhancement to gameplay and I will maintain this project
