Create: Potion Factory

-Added Shulker Powder, which can be obtained by grinding shulker shells using a millstone or crushing wheels. Can be used to make potions of levitation.

-Potions of Gravity can be made by brewing a fermented spider eye into potions of levitation. Applies a multiplier to fall damage and pulls affected mobs to the ground, including players with creative flight or elytra. (Shulkers are unaffected) Smash attacks with the mace with this effect will also apply the multiplier to the attack damage.

-Sponges can be used to brew potions of mining fatigue. A fermented spider eye can be sued to turn them into potions of haste.
