Target: Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.219, Create 6.0.10, Java 21. Validated with six unit tests and a real Create GameTest scenario. Graphical client checks, large-factory benchmarks, and observer-overhead A/B measurements remain pending.

Coverage: already-loaded stationary block entities in the create namespace. Rendering, moving contraptions, and addon namespaces are not included. Timings are elapsed call durations, not exact CPU usage.
