Create: More Copycats

Adds a whole bunch more copycat blocks to the game based on creates copycat blocks
The mod adds copycat layers based on the snow layers which means they stack just like snow layers do
The other blocks the mod currently adds are Full block, Slab which is placeable on all faces of a block (currently not able to be a double slab though) and a carpet block aswell
All the different stair placements possible with the Copycat stairs
