Automatic mob spawning with Create

3 new blocks/items
- Mob Shard: When killing a mob with this item in your off hand, it will slowly charge up until it is full.

- Ether: A liquid created via Superheating Soul Sand, is used to power the Custom Spawner.

- Custom Spawner: When filled with Ether and a fully charged Mob Shard is placed on top, it will start summoning mobs and consuming Ether. Works in a 5 x 5 range around the block.

Here is a sample file for configuring a mob, placed in a data pack/mod under: data/your_namespace/mob_shards/your_mob.json

The name of the file does not matter

By default, all mobs require 50 kills to charge a shard, although this may be changed in the future
