Create: Maintenance Control

A Create addon introducing maintenance mechanics. Allows Train Stations to be temporarily disabled, making trains skip them without modifying any train schedules.
Train Stations can be temporarily taken out of service while the rest of the railway network continues operating normally. Trains automatically skip stations marked with a Maintenance Box.
Without Maintenance Boxes, trains will stop at all scheduled stations as normal.
