Adds the Magic Blueprint for Create: write a structure into it at the Schematic Table, deploy it, then print it instantly in Survival Mode — the blueprint is consumed after one use

What's new
- Fixed: a Magic Blueprint that already had a structure inscribed could be put back into the Schematic Table and overwritten with a different structure, effectively making one blueprint infinitely reusable. Now "only an empty Magic Blueprint" can be placed in the Schematic Table; a filled one is rejected. To use another structure, make a new empty Magic Blueprint.
