### Fixed
- **Stock Keeper scroll** — list icons and slot textures no longer desync when scrolling (item render now uses screen coordinates; scissor always cleared)
- **Wrench / break voiding** — Packager, Stock Link, and Stock Ticker drop as items again (block loot tables added)
- **Full inventory** — Create’s wrench path already returns items via inventory insert-or-drop; with loot tables present, full inv drops at your feet instead of voiding
- **Packager harvest** — removed incorrect “requires tool for drops” so survival/wrench breaks can drop reliably
- **Network frequency** — Stock Link / Stock Ticker loot copies `Freq` onto the item so linked networks survive pickup
