This license applies to the project "Create Linear Motion Simulated" unless a file,
folder, dependency, or third-party notice states otherwise.

IMPORTANT SUMMARY

This project is source-available for personal, educational, experimental, and other
non-commercial use. Commercial use requires prior written permission from the project
owner.

Textures and other visual assets credited to jimmy421x67 are not owned by the
project owner. They remain the exclusive property of jimmy421x67 and are subject to
the special asset restrictions in Section 4.

This summary is provided for convenience only. The full license terms below are the
legally relevant terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Project" means Create Linear Motion Simulated, including its source code,
compiled files, documentation, configuration files, and project-specific resources,
except for excluded third-party materials described in this license.

"Code" means the Java source code, Gradle/build scripts, data generation code,
configuration files, and other non-asset source files created specifically for this
Project by the project owner or accepted contributors.

"Assets" means textures, models, sounds, animations, icons, logos, images, language
files, Ponder scenes, NBT structures, and other creative or artistic resources.

"jimmy421x67 Assets" means textures and other visual assets in this Project that
are created by, provided by, or credited to jimmy421x67.

"Non-Commercial Use" means use that is not primarily intended for or directed toward
commercial advantage, monetary compensation, paid access, paid services, advertising
revenue from redistribution, or other financial gain from the Project itself.

"Commercial Use" includes, but is not limited to:
- selling, renting, licensing, sublicensing, or otherwise monetizing the Project;
- distributing the Project through paid downloads, advertising-gated links, or paid
file-hosting systems;
- using the Project as part of a paid product, paid service, commercial product,
commercial modpack, or commercial server offering;
- using the Project on a server where access to the Project's features is sold,
paywalled, or materially used to promote paid ranks, paid perks, subscriptions,
or donations;
- using the Project by or for a company, organization, or individual for commercial
advantage.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS FOR CODE

Subject to this license, the project owner grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, revocable license to:

- use the Code for Non-Commercial Use;
- study the Code;
- modify the Code;
- compile the Code;
- distribute copies of the Code or modified Code for Non-Commercial Use, provided
that you comply with the attribution, redistribution, and asset rules of this
license.

Each recipient receives these permissions directly under this license. You may not
sublicense the Code under a different license.

3. NON-COMMERCIAL REDISTRIBUTION RULES

You may redistribute the Code, modified Code, or non-commercial builds based on the
Code only if all of the following conditions are met:

- this license is included in full and unchanged;

- the official repository link is included:

- you clearly identify any modifications you made;

4. TEXTURES, MODELS, AND ASSET OWNERSHIP

The Code license in Section 2 does not grant ownership of, or broad reuse rights to,
textures or other Assets.

Textures and visual assets created by or credited to jimmy421x67 are the exclusive
property of jimmy421x67.

Unless you have separate written permission from jimmy421x67, you may not:

- extract jimmy421x67 Assets for use outside this Project;
- reuse jimmy421x67 Assets in another mod, project, resource pack, game, website,
artwork, or derivative work;
- modify jimmy421x67 Assets and redistribute the modified assets;
- include jimmy421x67 Assets in a fork or modified redistribution of this Project.

Permitted limited redistribution of jimmy421x67 Assets:

- You may redistribute unmodified official release builds of this Project that
contain jimmy421x67 Assets as part of a permitted non-commercial modpack, provided
that the assets are not extracted or redistributed separately.

Forks and modified redistributions must remove or replace jimmy421x67 Assets unless
written permission is obtained from jimmy421x67.

5. COMMERCIAL USE RESTRICTIONS
------------------------------
Commercial Use of the Project, Code, compiled builds, modified versions, forks, or
Project-specific Assets is prohibited without prior written permission from the
project owner.

Permission from the project owner does not grant rights to jimmy421x67 Assets unless
that permission is also granted by jimmy421x67 or the project owner has authority to

6. MODPACKS, SERVERS, VIDEOS, AND STREAMS

Non-commercial modpacks:
You may include unmodified official release builds of the Project in free,
non-commercial modpacks, provided that attribution and a link to the official project
page or repository are included.

Commercial or monetized modpacks:
Commercial, paid, advertising-gated, or otherwise monetized modpack distribution
requires prior written permission from the project owner.

Servers:
You may use the Project on private or non-commercial public servers. Use on servers
where access, features, ranks, perks, items, or gameplay advantages involving the
Project are sold, paywalled, or materially monetized requires prior written
permission from the project owner.

Videos and streams:
You may create videos, livestreams, screenshots, guides, tutorials, reviews, and
other media showing gameplay or development involving the Project, including
monetized videos or streams, provided that you do not redistribute the Project or
its Assets separately and do not imply official endorsement.

7. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AND DEPENDENCIES
----------------------------------------
This Project may depend on or interoperate with third-party software, libraries,
mods, APIs, or tools, including but not limited to Minecraft, NeoForge, Create,
Ponder, Flywheel, Registrate, Sable, Simulated, Create: Aeronautics, and related
components.

Third-party components are not relicensed by this license. They remain subject to
their own licenses and terms. If there is a conflict between this license and a
third-party license for that third-party material, the third-party license controls
for that material.

All included third-party notices and licenses must be preserved where required.

8. CONTRIBUTIONS
----------------
By submitting a contribution, pull request, patch, issue attachment, code snippet,
asset, documentation change, or other contribution to this Project, you represent
that you have the right to submit it.

You grant the project owner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual
license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, perform, and include
your contribution as part of this Project under this license or a future license
chosen by the project owner.

You retain any copyright you own in your contribution unless otherwise agreed in
writing.

Do not submit assets, code, or other material you do not have the right to license.

9. ATTRIBUTION

Any permitted redistribution or public fork must include clear attribution:

Mojang, Microsoft, or any third party except as necessary for factual attribution.

You may not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official status unless
permission has been granted in writing.

11. TERMINATION
---------------
If you violate this license, your rights under it terminate automatically and
immediately.

Upon termination, you must stop using, modifying, and distributing the Project and
must remove any unauthorized copies or redistributions under your control.

The project owner may reinstate your rights in writing.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Project is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions
of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement,
compatibility, or uninterrupted operation.

You use the Project at your own risk.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project owner, contributors,
and asset creators shall not be liable for any claim, damage, loss, or other
liability arising from or related to the Project, including direct, indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of data,
server issues, corrupted worlds, incompatibilities, or lost profits.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so
some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. APPLICABLE LAW

This license is intended to operate under applicable copyright, contract, and related
laws. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived or limited in your jurisdiction
are not affected by this license.

If any part of this license is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in
effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
