- A complete overhaul to the basic mod structure.
- Can be loaded only on server side, optional but recommended on client side. (The client won't see the goggle tooltips, but everything else works just fine)
- Now uses config file instead of hardcoded tags.
- Supports complex rules like multiple fluids -> multiple biomes.
- Bump version to 0.2.0.
