Create Iron's Spells Recipe

Create mixer recipes for Iron’s Spellbooks inks, from Common to Legendary. Heated mixing uses 500→250mb; unheated uses 1000→250mb. Includes Divine Pearl → Arcane Essence via mill/crusher.

- Added dedicated incomplete items for sequenced assembly recipes:
  - `create_ironspell_recipe:incomplete_arcane_ingot`
  - `create_ironspell_recipe:incomplete_magic_cloth`
  - `create_ironspell_recipe:incomplete_mithril_ingot`

- Updated sequenced assembly recipes to use these incomplete items as transitional items.
  - This makes automation cleaner and prevents in-progress items from being mixed up with normal input items.

- Built and verified both versions:
  - NeoForge 1.21.1
  - Forge 1.20.1

Note: Create-based filling for the Iron's Spells Alchemist Cauldron was investigated, but not added in this version.
