Create: Iron Dust

Adds crafting and an iron dust item to the game for use in TFMG crafts. Iron dust is obtained by refining iron ingots. There's a 10% chance of obtaining 2 units of iron dust from each ingot. Reverse crafting is possible by smelting it back into an ingot.
