Create Integration

- Fixed Crash when placing dynamo on shafts with speeds above 256

- Fixed crash when placing dynamos in preexisting networks

- Fixed motor or shaft breaking when not enough FE is provided

- Added part snapping (like the Create machines already do), can be disabled in config

- Disabled chunk loader debug output by default, can be reenabled in config

- Added support for Create 0.2.4c

- Made the Ender Crate more stable

- Finally fixed the Immersive Engineering cables and capacitors issue, works fine now
