Create Integration

Added the rolling machine.

The rolling machine is a belt machine just like Creates native saw when pointing up. Items in world can't be processed yet, i might add this.

The rolling machines supports the JSON recipe format (look at github for examples)

The rolling machine can accept items from belts and other rolling machines (in the future other belt machines) and output to saws, belts, other belt machines and drop the result in the world. Unprocessable items don't clog up your system, they get passed right through instead.

Additionally, the rolling machine has full JEI support. The SU requirements is configurable in the config file.

By default, you can now produce all pressure plates from only one item instead of two. Any stone will be worked to a stone pressure plate. Did you ever want to make a stone pressure plate from flint? Well, now you can!

Additionally, some bugs were fixed (regarding placement and rapid rf changes in motors). The Zap damage will be kept as a definite feature, i was not sure about that until now.
