Create: Heat Pipe

• 新增：导热管方块；六面联网的热力网络（共享总热量）；纯被动式更新（不注册任何 Tick）。
• 新增：与 Create 锅炉 / 流体储罐集成——任意导热管正上方的器械可读取整张网络的总热量。
• 新增：模组专属创造模式标签页；合成配方兼容 JEI。
• 修复：移除所有热源后，热力网络热量不再残留（锅炉会正确冷却归零）。

• Initial release: the Heat Pipe block; face-connected heat networks (shared total heat); fully passive, no-tick updates.
• Added: Create boiler / fluid tank integration — devices above any pipe receive the network's total heat.
• Added: dedicated creative tab; crafting recipe visible in JEI.
• Fixed: the heat network no longer retains heat after all sources are removed (boilers cool down correctly).
