This is a metadata and documentation update. The Mixin logic is identical to 1.0.0, so in-game behavior on Create 6.0.8 is unchanged, and you do not need to update unless you are running a Create version other than 6.0.8.

FIXED
- The mod is no longer rejected on Create 6.0.9 and later. The Create dependency range changed from [6.0.8] (exactly 6.0.8) to [6.0.8,) (6.0.8 and above). Version 1.0.0 refused to load on newer Create builds even though the project description said 6.0.8+.
- Fixed the README, which still described features from an early design draft that were never implemented (fixed-width value bar, proportional coordinate mapping, K/M/B number formatting).

ADDED
- LICENSE file (MIT).

CHANGED
- README rewritten around the actual fix, plus compatibility, installation, known limitations and build instructions.
- mods.toml description now states the tested environment and the 64 count-filter cap.

NOTES
- Count filter values are still capped at 64. Item stack sizes themselves are unaffected.
- Tested on Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.4.22, Create 6.0.8, Java 17. Other Create versions are untested: they may work, or they may not.
- Requires Forge 47+ and Create 6.0.8+.
