Create: CGE 1.2.1 - NeoForge 1.21.1

Changelog:

  • fixed some generators generating themselves in JEI recipes
  • fixed "Empty tag" for the speed upgrade recipe
  • made it so Upgrader can't eat resources once upgraded with other resource than it is in output
  • added second + to Mega Upgrader gui
  • fixed emerald extractor not having actual recipe in modspace
  • incresed the mod file size to: 1.06 MB
