Create Fly: Unofficial port (Minecraft 26.3) - 6.0.9-unofficial.3

Changes since 6.0.9-unofficial.2:
- The mod now shows up in launchers (Prism, CurseForge app), mod lists and crash reports as
  "Create Fly (Unofficial 26.3 Port)" instead of the official Create Fly.
- Author, description and links now point to this port: homepage = this CurseForge page,
  source = https://github.com/zedekvdb/create-fly-unofficial-port, bug reports = its GitHub Issues.
  Please report problems here, not to the Create or Create Fly teams.
- Flywheel's in-game debug "open an issue" link points to this port's GitHub too.
- Version is now shown as 6.0.9-unofficial.3 (was 6.0.9-1); the jar is named
  create-fly-26.3-6.0.9-unofficial.3.jar.
- No gameplay changes: all fixes from unofficial.2 are included (train schedules, smooth train
  seats, schematic Alt/Ctrl+scroll, water and lava in schematic previews).

Note: the mod id is still "create", so worlds, datapacks and add-ons keep working. When updating
by hand, remove the old create-fly jar from your mods folder first, or the game won't start
(two copies of the same mod).
