Description

Unofficial Port of Create: Power Grid by patryk3211. All credit for the mod goes to the original authors.

Physics-based electricity for Create: wires, generators, transformers, meters, circuit boards and powered tools.

Most blocks have an in-game Ponder scene for a walkthrough on how to use it!

Block	What it does
Copper Wire / Iron Wire / Golden Wire	Hanging wire between two terminals.
Insulated Copper Wire	Wire that can be dyed any color
Wire Connector / Heavy Wire Connector	Terminals to hang long runs from.
Copper Cord / Cord Junction / Socket	Two-strand cords, extended and split at junctions, plugged into sockets.
String Light Cord / String Light Block	A decorative cord that lights up when powered
Grounding Rod	Conductive blocks packed lower its impedance.
Wire Cutters	Removes a hanging wire, or one segment of a block wire

Block	What it does
Winding	Coils strung between two shafts with a copper coil.
Generator Induction Rotor / Large Induction Rotor	Spinning armature where electricity is generated.
Generator Commutator / Vertical Commutator	Takes the power off the armature.
Generator Housing / Vertical Generator Housing	Connects windings at an angle.
Generator Clutch	Input kinetic into the generator.
Solar Panel	Follows the sun.
Solar Panel Bearing	Assembles an array into a contraption
Battery	Stores electricity. Its voltage and resistance change as it discharges.
Potato Battery	A small natural source.
Portable Battery	Wearable and placeable.
FE Inverter	Turns FE into E

Electric Motor	Electricity to rotation.
Constant Speed Motor	Holds a set speed;
Servo	-5 to 5 V pin maps to -360 to 360 degrees.
Electric Pump	An electric version of the Mechanical Pump.
Electric Fan	Moves air
Heating Coil	Heats a fan's air flow
Basin Heater	Provides heat to a Basin
Electromagnet	Processes items
Light Fixture / Factory Light / Ceiling Tile Lamp	Dyeable
Alarm Bell	Makes noise while powered
Conductive Casing / Copper Plating / Ceiling Tile	Casing for the machines

Block	What it does
Voltage / Current / Power Gauge	Dial meters. Wrench for the full scale
Energy Meter	Counts energy used over time in Wh or kWh
Plotter	Draws voltage over time on scrolling paper. Dyeable.
Cathode Ray Tube	12 V on the heater, about 1000 V anode to cathode, deflection coils for position, grid for brightness.
Modular Display	Four slots of display modules
Multimeter	Probes voltage between two terminals
Thermometer	Measures the temperature of the device
LV Button / LV Switch / MV Switch	Manual switching
HV Switch	Toggles a high-voltage line from a kinetic input
HV Breaker	A high-power switch that has to be wound up before it closes
Contactor	Switches a high current from a lower voltage input
Fuse Holder	Burns out when the current passes its rating
Power Resistor / Rheostat / Variac	Fixed, kinetically variable, and variable-transformer control of a circuit
Spark Gap	Breaks down over at a set voltage.
Transformer Core / Transformer Small / Transformer Medium	Transformers in three sizes
Nether Transformer	A transformer assembled beside a nether portal links on the other side.
Redstone Converter	Converts a redstone signal into a resistance

Barretter Tube / Regulator Tube / Neon Bulb	Tubes

Potentiometer / Display Module / Labels and Vias	Tuning, digits and wiring between layers.
Punch Card Reader / Punch Card	Plays back a sequence of signals
Acid	Mixed heated from redstone, blaze powder and water. Edits circuit boards and fills batteries
