Create Fly: Connected (Unofficial Port)

Unofficial Port of Create: Connected by Lysine. All credit for the mod goes to the originial author.

Quality-of-life additions for Create: gearboxes, clutches, item silos, fluid vessels, kinetic batteries, copycat blocks and fan catalysts.

Includes:

• Most features from the original mod
• Config syncing between client and server
• Ponder scenes
• JEI support, hides items from the list if feature is turned off
• Sequenced gearshift screen knows the three extra instructions
• Kinetic batteries show their charge on the item itself
• Pick block gives you the right part of a linked transmitter or encased connector

Usage

Most blocks have an in-game Ponder scene for a walkthrough on how to use it!

Power transmission

Adds more gearboxes:

• Gearboxes whose every face you can reverse with a wrench
• Shafts on all six sides
• Carry rotation across a gap or along a wall

Stress and safety

Overstressing a network:

• Clutches disengage on RPM
• Brakes using a redstone signal

Storage and logistics

Better vaults and tanks:

• Vertical item vault
• Horizontal fluid tank
• chute that moves stacks

Redstone

Combine transmitter and input:

• Redstone Links to directly use a switch as the transmitter
• Every wood type
• Wildcards any frequency

Copycat decoration

Copycats convert any full block into a decorative shape that keeps the original blocks texture.

Known Issues

• If JEI crashes or throw at login, use REI instead. This is not specific to this port, and nothing in it can fix it
• Item tooltips show the mod name twice
• No in-game config screen, use config folder
• Some features aren't ported yet
