Create_Fishing

Allows for the catching of various create mod items, including creative items at a very low chance.

A new enchantment is added to the game which can be found by fishing, enchanting, or villager trading. The enchantment allows for create items to be caught via fishing, fully replacing the fish drop table. 

Creative only items can be caught with at best a 1/50000 chance. This is configurable and can be disabled.
