A tiny compat mod among Create, Create:tfmg, and Burnt. Adds 'extinguishing' to the processing methods of the encased fan: place TFMG's cooling fluid in front of a fan to call Burnt's block-extinguishing effect in a configurable radius around the stream!

Adds 'extinguishing' to the processing methods of the encased fan: place TFMG's cooling fluid in front of a fan to call Burnt's block-extinguishing effect in a configurable radius around the stream! Highly configurable in terms of accepted fluids, effect radius, rpm, and tick rate.

Requires Create, Create:tfmg, and Burnt Basic.

It sure doesn't do much, and it sure ain't gonna be updated to do much.
